Contractual Agreement, Cancellation, and Licensing Fees When you enter into a service contract with Christine Vega Photography for any of our services, you expressly agree to and accept our No Refund Policy. Once a service has been fully performed and rendered, no refunds will be issued. In the event of cancellation, a fee amounting to 25% of the total contract value will be charged as a cancellation fee. Furthermore, if services are terminated prior to completion, a licensing fee ranging from $150 to $500 per image will be assessed for any use of images already delivered.

To the extent permitted by law, Christine Vega Photography makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall Christine Vega Photography or its suppliers be liable for any consequential loss suffered or incurred by you or any third party arising from the use or inability to use this website or the services provided, even if Christine Vega Photography or an authorized representative has been notified, orally or in writing, of the possibility of such damage.
